Bathroom Remodeling
in Greater Los Angeles
A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the least forgiving. Get the waterproofing, slope, and ventilation right and it lasts thirty years. Get them wrong and you're opening the wall again in three.
Bathroom Remodeling done properly, start to finish
Bathrooms are the most common project we're called for, and the one where shortcuts show up fastest. Behind the tile there's a waterproofing membrane, a properly sloped pan, blocking for grab bars and vanities, correctly sized supply and drain lines, and ventilation that actually moves air. That hidden work is what separates a bathroom that still looks new in a decade from one that fails at the grout line in two winters.
We remodel primary suites, guest baths, powder rooms, and Jack-and-Jill layouts throughout the San Fernando Valley and the Westside. Every job is permitted where required, inspected, and warrantied — and we protect the rest of your home with floor coverings and dust containment while we work.

Bathroom Remodeling FAQ
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A standard single bathroom takes three to five weeks of active construction once materials are on site. A primary suite with structural changes, relocated plumbing, or custom glass can run six to eight. Ordering materials before demo starts is the single biggest factor in staying on schedule.
Do I need a permit to remodel a bathroom in Los Angeles?
If the work is limited to swapping finishes and fixtures in place, usually no. Once you move plumbing, alter walls, or add electrical circuits, a permit is required. We determine which applies to your project and pull whatever is needed.
Can you convert my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, and it's one of our most requested projects. We can build a curbless zero-threshold entry with a linear drain, add a bench and niches, and include blocking for future grab bars.
Will I be able to use my other bathrooms during construction?
Yes. We only take the bathroom being remodeled out of service and we seal it off from the rest of the home. If it's your only bathroom, we'll discuss phasing options up front.
What's the most valuable upgrade in a bathroom remodel?
In the LA market, converting a cramped tub alcove into a large walk-in shower and adding real storage tends to return the most, followed by improved lighting and ventilation. Heated floors are a comfort upgrade rather than a resale driver.
