Now we are raving too!Having an ADU on our property has been a dream for us since we bought our home in 2005. We starting trying to do the process ourselves, hiring one of the internet firms to draw up plans for us. I realized that dealing with the city was its own full time job, so I stopped working on it for awhile. Once I met with Roy, everything started moving again. We knew we wanted a detached ADU, and we have a somewhat unique situation because we have a larger front yard than back. This came with its own challenges and restrictions, but Filp It handled everything efficiently and effectively. They helped us design and build a gorgeous and extremely space efficient 2+2 ADU that fits within an 800sf footprint.Our Project Manager, Eli, was always on top of everything. Always reachable and happy to discuss the project status, review potential changes we wanted to make along the way, and keeping everything in motion. Katya back in the office was fantastic keeping everything coordinated. Their workers did an incredible job - their pride of workmanship is evident not only in the finishing but behind the walls as well. Anytime there was something that needed to be addressed or corrected, it was never a problem and taken care of quickly.After all my past experience dealing with builders, I never thought I'd be able to write a review like this one.
