This is my best experience with a contractor (Roy) I build a big hardwood deck patio cover room addition and a pool, the biggest project I ever done in my life and have Roy running the project for us was Great!!! so organized everything on the time frames. His supervision and quality control was phenomenal. This guy really honest and knows how to do it. Only someone with a lot of experience will be able managed and performed like this. the money he saved on this project was actually paying his fees if it was the suppliers with the best prices and to manage the time frames for each contractor he brought in was save a lot of time and money. The way he explained and analyze every step during the process. I highly recommend about this guy!

We just completed an ADU / Garage Conversion with a small addition of close to 600 sq. ft with Flip It Homes and we are very happy about it. Flip It Homes crew were a joy to work with. They were diligent, professional & friendly, and very good at the execution of the final design. They always left the area clean, which made the whole process a bit less cumbersome. The whole renovation took exactly four calendar months from start to finish and completed slightly ahead of schedule. There were issues that came up (paint touch-ups and drainage leak) but were taken care of immediately by Roy. Quality and consistency are two things you should really look for when searching for a contractor, Roy has them both. Every time I look at the room it brings a smile to my face. We would definitely recommend Flip it Home to friends and family and will use them for future renovations.

Roy and his team were great. Always accommodating to our schedules and available at any hour to answer our questions or concerns. We used Roy's recommended architect and engineer and it helped make the whole project seamless. Inspections from the city were passed at every level. He also reached out to all his vendors to help provide us the best costing possible. Flip it homes converted our 2 car garage to a master suite, added a new 3 car garage with laundry and mud room. Roy was able to give us design tips and helped us along the way to match our current ranch style and interior decor with our new living space. Our project was estimated between 3-4 months and we came in on schedule despite the winter wet weather. We are very happy with the results, investment in the addition and the value it has added.
