About the Project
Flip It Homes recently completed a full-scale home renovation in Woodland Hills, CA, transforming a property into a contemporary modern masterpiece with a modern farmhouse rustic exterior. This project showcases our expertise in creating luxurious, functional spaces that enhance the living experience. The renovation includes an expansive grand room with a large kitchen, home office, and laundry room, 6 bedrooms (one repurposed as a yoga room and one as a master suite with a walk-in closet and master bath), 5 bathrooms (including a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting two bedrooms), and a stunning backyard with a pool, waterfalls, and a barbecue area under a wooden patio structure, offering a perfect blend of indoor-outdoor living.
The goal was to craft a home that combines modern elegance with functional design, creating a cohesive and inviting living environment for the client. We achieved this by integrating sleek, contemporary elements with warm, natural touches, ensuring the space feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The design emphasizes natural light, open layouts, and practical amenities, making it an ideal space for daily living, relaxation, and entertaining.
The grand room is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with a beige sectional sofa, modern white armchairs, and a sleek black fireplace built into the wall.
