Flip It Homes recently completed a stunning ADU garage conversion in Studio City, CA, transforming a standard garage into a modern, self-contained living space. This project showcases our expertise in creating functional and stylish Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) that enhance property value and offer versatile living options. The design includes a spacious living area, a full-sized kitchen, and a beautifully designed paver entrance pathway, making it an ideal space for rental income or guest accommodations.
The client’s goal was to convert their garage into a contemporary ADU with all the amenities needed for comfortable living. We delivered a spacious open-concept layout that integrates a living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring the space feels both luxurious and practical. The exterior features a modern paver entrance pathway that seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.
The kitchen is a highlight of the ADU, designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Dark gray cabinetry with black handles provides ample storage, paired with a white countertop that adds a bright, clean contrast. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, make the kitchen fully equipped for daily use. A large window above the sink brings in natural light, enhancing the kitchen’s airy feel, while a modern black faucet adds a sleek touch to the design.
The exterior paver entrance pathway is a standout feature, designed to enhance the ADU’s curb appeal and functionality. Large concrete pavers are set into a lush artificial lawn, creating a clean, modern pathway leading to the entrance. The pathway is surrounded by greenery, with outdoor seating options like a cozy chair and a pergola nearby, adding to the inviting atmosphere. The stucco exterior of the ADU, paired with large glass doors, gives the space a contemporary look, while the surrounding landscape adds a touch of natural beauty.
Inside, the dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a wooden table with blue upholstered chairs, creating a stylish space for meals. The open layout ensures the kitchen, dining, and living areas feel connected, making the ADU ideal for modern living.
