About the Project
Flip It Homes recently completed a room addition project in West Hills, CA, transforming the client’s home by removing walls to create an expansive grand room that combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas. This project showcases our expertise in reimagining spaces to enhance openness and functionality. The renovation includes a hidden bathroom behind a wood accent wall, a newly added powder room, and exterior refinishing, offering a seamless blend of modern elegance and practicality.
The goal was to craft an open, airy space that embodies contemporary modern design, creating a cohesive and inviting living area for the client. We achieved this by integrating sleek, minimalist elements with modern touches, ensuring the space feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The design emphasizes natural light, open layouts, and practical amenities, making it a perfect space for daily living and entertaining.
The grand room is the centerpiece of the addition, featuring a remodeled kitchen with white cabinetry, white countertops, and a marble backsplash. Stainless steel appliances, including a double oven and range, ensure functionality, while a large island with brown leather bar stools provides ample seating. Pendant lights with concrete shades hang above the island, adding a modern touch. A wooden dining table with gray chairs creates a dedicated dining area, and the living area includes a beige sofa, a coffee table, and a TV mounted on a wood accent wall.
